The funds advised by EMERAM invest in the consumer, technology/software and service sectors. Their total volume currently stands at EUR 400 million. In general, the funds acquire a significant stake in the company and give the respective management team an opportunity to invest, too.

Dr. Johannes Benzing
Principal
Johannes has extensive experience in strategic management consulting and investment banking. Prior to EMERAM, he worked at Bain & Company and UBS Investment Bank. His practical experience includes M&A, strategy, performance improvement as well as portfolio work for private equity firms.
Johannes holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf, a Master's Degree in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics as well as a Bachelor in Business Administration from ESB Reutlingen and Edinburgh Napier University.
