frostkrone acquires Piz’Wich, a manufacturer of frozen snack products

frostkrone Tiefkühlkost GmbH (“frostkrone”), a portfolio company of EMERAM Capital Partners and one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of frozen convenience food, acquires Piz’Wich, a specialist manufacturer of on-the-go frozen snack products.

As a subsidiary of frostkrone, Piz’Wich will continue its international expansion alongside frostkrone and focus on further expanding its current market position in the niche, high-growth segment.

frostkrone Tiefkühlkost is a specialist in the development and production of deep-frozen finger food and snack products. The company was acquired by EMERAM in March 2017. Piz’Wich was founded in 2001 and has enjoyed continued growth in and quickly evolving and expanding market. Under the direction of Stéphane Delahaye, Piz’Wich successfully adapted its business model to focus on on-the-go frozen snack products.
