EMERAM‘s portfolio company diva-e acquires Adobe expert pro!vision, strengthening its position as digital full-service provider
Munich, 20 January 2020 – diva-e Digital Value Excellence GmbH (“diva-e”), a portfolio company of private equity firm EMERAM Capital Partners (“EMERAM“) and Germany’s leading Transactional Experience Partner, has acquired Adobe expert pro!vision.
Since its foundation in 2015, diva-e has been able to steadily expand its product range through targeted strategic add-on acquisitions. With the acquisition of pro!vision, the company is now adding Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) capabilities to its Adobe expertise, thereby strengthening its position as a full-service provider of various e-business services.
Since its foundation in 2000, pro!vision has developed into one of the leading Adobe Business Partners in Germany. The software developer has 70 employees in Berlin, Frankfurt and Braunschweig and specializes in the technical conception, architecture and realization of software projects in the field of Enterprise Content Management. These include complex product and company websites, personalized intranet portals and mobile Internet presences.

Since December 2015, diva-e has been a portfolio company of EMERAM, an independent private equity firm for medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries. EMERAM is a long-term business development partner and has supported diva-e with the consistent implementation of its growth strategy and has almost doubled diva-e’s revenues in only 4 years.
The parties have agreed not to disclose any financial details of the transaction.

diva-e (Digital Value Excellence) was established under the guidance of EMERAM in 2015 following the merger of six established companies: Ageto, First Colo, kom, Netpioneer, Textprovider and zeros+ones. These specialist firms with differing product ranges and positioning gave way to a single, full-service provider that covers the entire value chain for digital transformation. Since 2015, diva-e and EMERAM have successfully joined forces to complete five follow-on acquisitions, rounding off the range of solutions. diva-e has around 800 employees at eight locations throughout Germany. In tandem with diva-e’s management team, EMERAM plans to assist new and existing customers with their digital transformation using diva-e’s holistic services, and to expand the range of services through further specific follow-on acquisitions (e.g. in the big data sector). The aim here is to continue the strong sales growth of recent years.
