Tilman Au
Senior Advisor
Tilman Au is CEO of diva-e Conclusion and Managing Director of Conclusion DACH. In 2015, he initiated the founding of diva-e through a buy-and-build strategy, shaping the company into one of Germany’s leading digital service providers.
In 2024, he successfully integrated diva-e into the internationally operating Conclusion Group, one of the largest European IT Ecosystems. As Managing Director, he is responsible for operations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland – Conclusion’s key growth markets. With over 900 employees and annual revenues of approximately €120 million (2024), Conclusion is now among the largest digital service providers in the region.
Earlier in his career, Tilman Au founded New Identity AG (NIDAG) in 1998, which quickly became one of the leading multimedia service providers in the Rhine-Main area.
